Myron Gushlak - Managing Director
Myron Gushlak is a Canadian-born investment banker. Myron has over 16 years experience in Investment Banking. He started his career working at a Canadian national brokerage firm, first gaining experience as a licensed retail broker then moving on to the institutional trading and corporate finance areas. In 1998, Mr. Gushlak left the firm to start his own merchant banking group called Imperium Capital Inc. One of the first transactions completed by Imperium was the reverse merger of Emusic, where he met Mr. Gene Hoffman. The success of this transaction led to the forming of the Bluewater Partnership in 2004.
In 2000, Myron Gushlak relocated from Canada to the Cayman Islands due to its world-class banking and financial services industries.

Gene Hoffman, Jr. - Principal
Gene Hoffman, Jr., is co-founder and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vindicia and a General Partner of Bluewater Partners. Prior to Vindicia, he was co-founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of EMusic from January 1998 to June 2002.
As head of EMusic, Mr. Hoffman was a highly visible advocate for the distribution of music on the Internet having been featured on the cover of Forbes Magazine and named one of the 100 most influential entrepreneurs in technology in Upside Magazine's November 2000 Elite 100. Mr. Hoffman led the acquisition of EMusic by Vivendi/Universal in June 2001.
Hoffman holds a patent for his work with HTTP stream interception technology. He was also the youngest NASDAQ CEO in history. He attended the University of North Carolina. Mr. Hoffman also serves on various non-profit boards and as a Board Member of Agent Arts, a media recommendation technology company.

Bryson Farrill - Advisor
Bryson Farrill is a Financial Consultant who presently sits among company boards in the capacity of a Director of companies such as Power Technology Inc, Devine Entertainment and Neutron Enterprises Inc. Mr. Farril is also the Senior Partner of Belgravia Financial Limited (London UK) and the Chairman of Swiss Media Inc. (Toronto, ON). Prior to founding REVsolutions, she served as the Corporate Communications Director for Leeb Group, a major financial services company with interests in publishing, money management and brokerage. Through her work with Leeb, Furman cultivated numerous financial media sources and developed the extensive industry relationships that form the cornerstone of any successful communications strategy. Additionally, Furman has significant event planning experience, and has organized full conferences, trade shows, private parties and travel services for both commercial and diplomatic clients. Fluent in Russian, she holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Baruch College.
